I had a great experience working with Sam and the crew at A&S. They installed an underground drainage system to redirect water from my backyard to the front of my property, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Sam was an excellent communicator from start to finish. The quote was detailed, transparent, and easy to understand, and the team showed up exactly when promised. They got right to work and stayed focused until the job was complete. The excavation turned out to be more challenging than expected due to numerous unmarked underground pipes and wires. Rather than rushing through it, the crew took their time, carefully switching to manual digging whenever it was the safer choice. Their attention to detail and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence throughout the project. The finished drainage system looks great, the work was completed on time, and the entire crew was courteous and easy to work with. Sam and his crew were absolutely amazing. They communicated every step of the way, came in right around the proposal price, and even fixed neighbors yards that were affected by traffic during the construction. The whole crew from demolition of the deck and installing patio pavers, leveling the grass and seeding.  Very neat with clean up of work area. I left the below message over a month ago. Since then, Sam has come back, admitted the mistakes, apologized profusely, rectified all of the mistakes and then went above and beyond to seal our driveway which was not part of the original landscaping! You do not find this honesty and integrity with many businesses anymore. It is greatly appreciated! I am upgrading from a 1-5 for his outstanding effort! They left our yard full of mud everywhere. Sam and his team were excellent! They installed a catch basin to address some drainage issues in our backyard, and also regraded soil away from the house to prevent any flooding issues. They showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and walked through everything before they started and when they finished. Sam and his crew did a great job removing our old patio and installing a new one with a fire pit and stone bench. From a communication standpoint, Sam was the best contractor I’ve worked with - he texted or called me whenever there were key decisions or if plans were altered due to weather. Highly recommend
